Project Overview

Associated since 2005, Boving Fouress (P) Ltd (BFL Hydro) is part of the Fouress Group of companies, based in the UK. BFL Hydro specializes in offering "water to wire" equipment and comprehensive services for small hydroelectric power stations. Their services range from the selection of machines to the commissioning of hydro power plants on a turnkey basis, with outputs ranging from 0.5 megawatts to 25 megawatts. This ensures a seamless transition from water sources to electricity generation.

The parent company, Fouress Engineering, established in 1962, has its corporate office in Mumbai, India. Fouress Engineering boasts seven manufacturing facilities across India, reflecting its significant presence in the industry. The company's major strength lies in the field of industrial valves, which come in various types and sizes, catering to a wide range of fluid applications. Their expertise and extensive experience make them a leader in this sector.

In addition to their prowess in industrial valves, Fouress Engineering has also fabricated and supplied critical components for hydro turbines. These components include Outer Guide Vane Assemblies, Stay Rings, TD Sections, Inlet/Outlet Casings, Runner Chambers, and Draft Tubes. These have been installed in hydro turbine projects such as Tembhu Power and Azmak, showcasing their capability in handling complex and large-scale projects efficiently.
